Name

2. Your solar system

Not sure about a detail? Leave it blank. A photo of the inverter label can help us identify the equipment.
Panel capacity, if known. This may differ from the inverter rating.
For example, when you noticed the issue, an error code, new shading, or a recent change in performance.
Drag & Drop Files, Choose Files to Upload, or Capture With Your Camera You can upload up to 2 files.
Optional. Photograph the label only if it is safely visible without opening the equipment. JPG, PNG or WebP; up to 8 MB per image.

3. Daytime inverter readings (optional)

Around midday on a sunny day is useful. Upload photos or app screenshots showing current output (kW), PV1 / PV2 / PV3 voltage and current, total energy, or any warning messages. Only use readings already shown on the screen or app; do not take electrical measurements.
Drag & Drop Files, Choose Files to Upload, or Capture With Your Camera You can upload up to 6 files.
Include any fault message and the available PV readings. You can upload several screens. JPG, PNG or WebP; up to 8 MB per image.

4. Today's energy (optional, especially helpful)

A late-afternoon reading shows most of the day's generation. Photograph E-Today / Daily Energy (kWh), or the daily generation screen in your monitoring app. Use the date and time that match this reading.
Drag & Drop Files, Choose Files to Upload, or Capture With Your Camera You can upload up to 3 files.
Show the daily generation total in kWh. This is different from current output in kW. JPG, PNG or WebP; up to 8 MB per image.
