1. Installation location

Installation pilot areas: Greater Brisbane, Greater Sydney, Greater Melbourne and Greater Perth. Islands are excluded. We will confirm your exact address is within the installation service area; delivery eligibility alone does not confirm installation availability.

Delivery and installation availability are checked separately.

2. Choose your heat pump

Installation charges are the same for Gen II 200L and 300L within each package. Product prices shown are before STC discounts.

Prices include GST. Installation is available within our pilot service areas, subject to address and site checks.

Standard Installation — $990 incl. GST

  • Heat pump replacement in existing position
  • New heat pump valve kit
  • Existing compliant base and drains retained
  • Electrical disconnect and reconnect
  • Heat pump installation
  • QBCC Form 4 if required (Queensland)

Old system removal and recycling are not included.

Comprehensive Installation — $1,200 incl. GST

  • Heat pump replacement in existing position
  • New heat pump valve kit
  • New concrete support base
  • Drain line — up to 3 metres included
  • Old system removal / recycling
  • Electrical disconnect and reconnect
  • Heat pump installation
  • QBCC Form 4 if required (Queensland)
Relocation, new electrical circuits, switchboard upgrades and work outside the agreed scope require a separate quote. Applicable local compliance requirements will be confirmed for each installation.

Calculated using the CER registered model, heat-pump climate zone and installation year, at PowerBay’s $37 per STC. Subject to eligibility and assignment of certificates. Government data checked 23 October 2026.Product prices are before STCs. Where eligible, the estimated benefit is deducted at $37 per certificate. STC processing is arranged through Solar Union. Eligibility is required. For the Black Friday package, Solar Union assignment documents are provided with your contract after purchase. The STC benefit is shown separately; GST is calculated on the price before this offset.
